What Agenth is

Agenth (agenth.net) lets a signed-in user run AI agents that can chat with them, control a virtual desktop on their behalf, and connect to services like Google (Gmail) and WhatsApp so the agent can act on simple tasks the user asks for. This policy explains what data we collect to make that work and how it's handled.

Information we collect

  • Account info: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo to create and identify your Agenth account.
  • Conversations: the messages you send to your agents, and the agents' replies, are stored so your chat history persists across sessions.
  • Connected services (optional): if you choose to connect Gmail, we store an access token that lets your agent search, read, and send email strictly on your request, inside your own conversations. If you connect WhatsApp, a similar connection is kept to send/receive messages on your behalf.
  • Usage data: basic technical data such as timestamps and token/usage counts, used for billing and reliability.

How we use Gmail access

If you connect Gmail, Agenth only accesses your mailbox when you explicitly ask your agent to search, read, or send an email as part of a conversation. We do not read your mailbox in the background, and we do not use Gmail data for advertising. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from your dashboard's Connectors panel, which revokes our access immediately.

How we use your information

  • To operate your account, your conversations, and the agents you run.
  • To carry out actions you explicitly request (e.g. "check my inbox", "send this email").
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
  • To bill for usage, where applicable.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run Agenth (e.g. our hosting and AI-model providers), who only process it to deliver the service.

Data retention & deletion

Conversations and connector tokens are kept while your account is active. You can delete individual conversations from your dashboard, disconnect any connector at any time, or request full account deletion by contacting us below.

Security

Access tokens and session data are stored on our servers and are not shared publicly. All traffic to agenth.net is served over HTTPS.
